Realtors; Another tool in the belt.

Dear Realtor,

I would formally like to apply to be your crowbar in your tool belt. You always seem to have other tools in your belt when it comes to selling homes. I can always bet you have a hammer to bang out a deal at midnight at the end of the quarter, or a screwdriver to precisely fix certain repairs to make sure the house passes the house inspection. A paint brush to put a new fresh new face lift on a house, or perhaps a magic sponge to clean up a house in hours.

Well, I would like to formally offer to be another tool in you belt.

Can I be your Crowbar?

I can be gently but swiftly and move that senior that just doesn’t want to move. I can be open and honest to you about when I can finish my job. I will always be there when you need me at any jobsite location. I always have a fresh clean coat of paint to look good and represent you professionally to your clients and friends. The clients that you always hear wishing their mom or dad would just move out because it's just too much for them. Maybe it’s your client from 20 years ago that just lost their loved one. Now they are all alone in a big house, with too much to handle. You can just pull me out of your belt, put me in-between the floor and that nail that won’t come out, and I’ll work wonders!

We can discuss the issue at hand, talk with the family, and then I can come up with a plan to benefit your client and the senior in need. When a plan is developed, I can go in and help educate and understand how this move could be the greatest thing since their first house. How they can start over new and fresh environment that they will thrive in. At the same time, I can assess where they are in the process of moving. 1 month, 6 months, 1 -3 years, and develop a plan to speed that process up by weeks, months, years. Best part is, I do a free consultation with you, and the family to discuss the best plan of action before I go in and speak to the senior in their home. Not a bad tool to have right? Better than anything you can rent at Home Depot that’s for sure!
