 Adam Gray

My Name is Adam Gray. I have successfully worked in the retirement home industry for 10 years.  I have worked for multiple retirement companies during that time and have established myself with in the industry over that period.  I have successfully helped thousands of seniors and their family move into a retirement community.  Also during that time, I have helped them navigate through all their options even if the end results was not to my benefit.  I named my company after my grand-mother who I had a close relationship with growing up.  I also help convince her to move out of her family home after my grandfather passed away.  Through a lot of conversations and the skills I developed from helping hundreds of seniors, I was able to help her move into the same retirement community I worked in.  Just like the hundreds of seniors I helped make a decision, my grand-mother was happy.  My family was happy knowing that she was safe and that there were people around to keep an eye on her.  I decided to start my own consulting company to maximize the opportunity to helping more seniors.  With the birth of R.McQueen Consulting, I am now able to help everyone that is in need of assistance with senior industry.
